I need my order urgently! Can you help?

Yes! If you’re ordering for a birthday, or need it by a specific date, then please contact me with the details. I will try my best to accommodate your request and ship it out as quickly as possible, but once I have dispatched it, I cannot control how quickly Royal Mail deliver it to you.

Do you make custom orders?

Yes, I currently offer custom badges and rosettes. These items are made to order and will take longer to send out. For my information on custom items, please visit my shop page.

Do you accept returns?

All items are handmade and most are made to order so I am unable to offer refunds or returns unless there is a fault with your order.

Important pre-order information?

All items ordered with a mail club or 3-month mail club will be sent the following month when my mail clubs are posted. If you would like your other items to be sent sooner, please order these separately. Thank you :)
